The Art of Living Lifestyle Show is a ‘whole life‘ market place event free for anyone who requires extra support with living or who has an interest in social care.
This Lifestyle Show features over 60 individuals, organisations and companies who deliver a range of social and life services and supports in Glasgow and across Scotland.
The Art of Living Lifestyle Show is split into five main zones that aim to showcase real choices about living a fuller life:
- Your home and community
- Your love and relationships
- Your money, rights and contribution
- Your health and care supports
- Your spare time
It is the perfect chance for visitors to see what's out there to make life fuller! It also gives visitors the chance to provide their ideas and feedback about what they need or want from support.
Visitors can also enjoy a wide range of interactive activities, mini conversations and helpful sessions throughout the day.
The Art of Living Café, with its very own jazz band, gives visitors the chance to grab a coffee and meet up with old and new friends.
